Documents required for verification and confirmation of admission:-

- It is mandatory for the candidates to submit all documents, required at the time of application for admission.

- The candidate who fails to submit the required documents will be eliminated from the admission.

- Submit following documents required for admission :-

• 1) A duly filled admission application form Hard copy print.
• 2) SSC Mark sheet- Original and two attested Xerox copies.
• 3) SSC School leaving certificate- Original and two attested Xerox Copies.
• 4) Passport size coloured photograph.
• 5) Caste certificate¬- Two attested Xerox copies (If applicable).
• 6) Domicile certificate -Two attested Xerox copies (If applicable).
• 7) Aadhaar card- Two attested Xerox copies.
• 8) Ration Card- Two attested Xerox copies.
• 9) Nationalise Bank Passbook- Two attested Xerox copies.
